Most EU orders arrive in 2–5 business days . You’ll see your exact ETA at checkout and in your tracking email. If anything changes, we’ll email you with the new expected date . If an item becomes unavailable, we’ll contact you right away with alternatives or a refund . Pre-orders/backorders display an expected ship date.

Q: What is your return/exchange policy?

Returns are accepted within 14 days from you received the item in unused condition with original packaging. Exchanges are supported; start in our Returns Portal. Refunds are processed 3–7 business days after we receive your item.
